Heroes Categorized on Perk Usefulness
Categorizing all perks on how good/useful their perks are. If I had mixed feelings about a perk, I probably just counted it as good. Usefulness is a little bit subjective but I generally think this is pretty accurate on how I feel on each of their perk kits.
