Popcorns 1.9.3 Powerup Tierlist (With Expanded Tiers)
- Forker is Still Top Tier, just less powerful - Ninja & Tape are both Comp Staples and give power Sustain without much effort - Snorkel Is still well rounded, Cup is still well rounded but slightly less - Claws need a small buff - Bandolier needs a Large buff - Juicer's Entire Upside is redundant.
