this is not a ranking list in who is going to be the best THIS SEASON. This is a very broad tier list to lock down which franchises could pivot to a different qb or in 2026 or 2027. Franchise qb is a player who multiple seasons of good to great stats, wins and is highly unlikely to be replaced.
