2019-20 starting PG

This year with exceptions to Curry, Wall, and Conley. Curry is the best PG in the league. Wall would be one of the better players in tier 2 but we don't know how he will return. Conley is a high tier 3 usually but this year he has been a tier 5 due to injuries and his play so he is 4 at the moment.
