Idk why Tenseigan, Jougan, and Senrigan aren't on here, but Tenseigan and Jougan would both be S, Senrigan would range from either SS-A depending on the needs of the user. Also some of the KGs in C and D I barely know about so rankings within the tiers may be innacurate.
