MHA Class 1A & 1B Teams and

I tried to make the best arrangements of teams for both classes trying to keep it down to 4 members max per team. Most teams have a recon quirk to find injured civilians in need, a frontliner, and a gimmick combo/synergy between its members. 3 first teams could battle a high end nomu.
