Talking Heads Tiers

Couple notes: 1. Stop Making Sense is obviously an ATG concert film, I'm just reviewing the CD. And compared to TNOTBITH, it falls in that regard imo. 2. If No Talking, Just Head were on here, that would be F-tier.
