Analyzing Evil Villains Ranked
Pure Evil is self-explanatory. Borderline Monstrous is not as downright horrible as S-tier, maybe some underlying humanity/morals. Standard Bad Guy are villains who have morals/illness or haven't committed as many atrocities. Lesser Evil's bad but not as much. Not That Bad is just what it says.
