Of all movies in the IMDb rated by myself (currently around 1'200) there are 60 with a rating of 9 or 10. Grouped by year of release there is clear winner, because Fight Club, The Matrix, The Sixth Sense, The Blair Witch Project and Run Lola Run all came out in 1999, when I was 25.
