8/1 Explosive's

With sniper's rework, it doesn't consistently get kills as easily as it used to, leaving shotgun in S tier. Dragon's iron armor and sword buff helped it severely, making it better than a lot of the cast. With more range being the meta at this point, no mobility builds are much worse.
