Moved up Guts Soul and moved Metal Soul to its own tier. Metal Soul is amazing for sure for newer or casual players as the double damage ability makes chips that multi hit like Air Hockey or Vulcan chips absolutely busted. But at the same time, Full Synchro does the same thing.
