Marvel Legendary Mastermind Difficulty

My personal opinion on the difficulty of each mastermind in Marvel Legendary. I don't own all the expansions, so I left out the masterminds I don't own. The tiers are ranked from cooperative (you must work together to take them down) to competitive (you can focus on getting the most points).
