Mario enemies by speech capability (WIP, 1985-1999)
Based on how I would write them if I made a fanfic/fangame/whatnot. I know Cheep Cheeps, Bloopers, and Piranha Plants could talk in past games and the recent Yoshi game implies Crazee Dayzees and Little Mousers are incapable, but this is how I would do it.
