Mario enemies by speech capability
Based on how I\'d write them if I made a fanfic/fangame/whatnot. I know Cheep Cheeps, Bloopers, Piranha Plants, and Li\'l Sparkies (or at least Watt) could talk in past games and the recent Yoshi game implies Crazee Dayzees and Little Mousers can\'t, but this is just how I\'d do it personally.
