my standards for each tier did shift a bit as i went on, there\'s some characters i\'m aware OF enough to give a tentative tier to but haven\'t played their game, and some i couldn\'t form an opinion on. no definitive ordering within tiers, though i tried to put characters i ship adjacent to each other
