Characters by Star Rank potential

Bowser is theoretically the best character to grind with, but I could never control him. In the right hands, he's god tier. DK and Wario are close behind Bowser, but I don't like how they feel either Luigi strangely feels like he turns better than Mario. don't use the bottom three.
