Patch 10.24 TFT (The post-Talon/Ahri/Ashe nerf patch)

Hello, my name is Wikicek and this is my first TFT tier list on TierMaker. I have been playing TFT since launch and placed at least Diamond every year. The current patch is mostly about getting to level 9 before others can and abusing as many 5 cost units as you can.
