Swarm Tierlist - Patch 14.14 (ofc all champs are fine with perfect build but some are just better)
Leona > Xayah (both S+ tier) Riven is S, broken shields Jinx > Yasuo but both are fine (jinx has better passive) seraphine has powerfull projectiles but squishy and no dmg, briar has no damage but strong healing aurora does nothing, her E is fine illaoi no damage and healing too small to be good
