Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Mission Mode
In summary, the characters that can do straight up/almost everything well and are a good fit for pretty much any mission are top tier material, wheras more situational/hard to use characters are lower tier. I've taken into account certain super powerful gear/panel configurations, but not skill.
