Left to right best minions to pick and they are sorted for each tier. Major and situational isnt organized because i based it off what beterbabbit picks for end game comps etc. Major = End game builds. Situational = For the moment. Interim = Early and mid game. Tech = Ecomony and 2 turn cards.
