The actual deserved rated levels

Legendary(mid), Legendary(low) = Between Legendary and Epic. I believe this should be in an ACTUAL ACCURATE order of the rated levels. Atleast there should be an another Rate between epic and legendary. This could stop the controversy for the Rating system by Robtop. Many of you could agree me :)
