Blaze, C1NNABON, ShibaInusForever, and I (Tiger) have agreed (with lots of back and forth) on the ranking on this tier list. This is *purely* off quests, no comics, character lines, or backstory was included. (Mostly Blaze and I worked on this for like, 3.5 hours)
