How Much Hoyo Loves Characters
How much attention Characters get by the devs. I try to exclude their role and impact in the story, or how much screen time they get, (for example Nahida is low down as she doesn't get much attention after the story quest). Naturally Liyue characters are higher up due to lantern rite.
