Supports Tierlist
It's more of a sort of utility than tiers of effectiveness. S tier is mandatory since [Encourage] is the single best buff in the game. A tier are supports that keep you alive. B tier are supports that increase your damage output. C tier are angels that won't show much effectiveness early on.
