The retail staff is largely supportive, with 80% contributing to a good work culture. Unfortunately, management thrives on exclusivity, and some supervisors resort to toxic stuff if you don’t match their image of a \"Victoria’s Secret\" employee. Love the brand, the product but other areas less so.
