Draft setup

Special rules: Esfir is free for part 1. 1-6 Dewi & Sri free. Gaiden requirement units are free during it. Dreyfus is free for part 2 unless you drafted one of the other thieves. Everyone is free for 3-1 to 3-3, 3-4 onwards joining units are free during join map. Erasmus is free for 4-1 & 4-5.
