Heros' Relics Ranking

Atrocity from Areadbhar is incredible. One shots practically everything, even on Maddening. Aymr is nice, and Raging Storm has a very good effect but its too inaccurate to be reliable. Just wanted to clear that up to keep the Edelgard fanboys at bay.
