Sparking Zero DP Cost:Value
This is my current opinion of the value of every character in Sparking Zero in DP. Characters are not ranked within their tiers. Some transformed characters gain value by already being transformed, such as SSJ2 Vegeta because it only costs 1 DP more than base, meanwhile SSJ1 is the same cost as SSJ2
