I'm not a gamer, I just enjoy the game as spectator, so my rating doesn't take into account whether the character is strong or weak, just whether or not it's fun for me. Using this tier list you can make teams with a max value of 3 points. The funnier a character is the cheaper it will be. Enjoy!!
