tl is based off of consistency, knowledge, experience, feats, argumentation with rhetoric, substance etc. (e.g. ppl like Coolguy and IFL have way more knowledge than everyone below them; ppl like Juju and Arianus have years of philo experience and excel in everything to be 1 and 2)
