My Opinion (so far)

I haven't seen a good amount of villains on this list or I simply forgot about them so I can't rank them but I'll rank the ones I CAN remember (Also, I just watched the Hunchback of Notre Dame today because I saw it once as a kid but forgot the entire plot and I absolutely LOVED it)
