Strength of ALL Perks(IMO)(Killer and Surv)(Chapter 29)
My opinion of the strength of all DbD perks as of Chapter 29. I did NOT consider things like combinations(like Buckle Up+For the People). The tiers are based on how well they perform INDIVIDUALLY, without any extra perks/offerings to amplify their effects.
