Keep in mind that this is not taking multiplayer, zombies, or spec-ops into account at all. This is ONLY ranking the campaigns. Also, the reason black ops 3 is so high is because of how unintentionally hilarious it is, making it actually enjoyable, unlike the games in the two bottom tiers.
