Ranking in Competitive Games

Based on performance in games against other human players. Note that each tier is not internally organized, meaning, for example, Yamato, Shang, and Romans are ranked equally. S ranks are universally great, A ranks are solid, B ranks have pros and cons, C ranks have small niches, and D ranks suck.
