Top 30 Strongest One Piece Characters (2022)

Saw BragoD.Ace's video and it seemed fun. - Was tempted to throw Imu and Kong in but we have 0 idea of there strength yet, Kuma is not in 100% strength and Shiki/Scopper I am sure are out there but I left them out for now. The other admiral candidates are weird and I doubt they will have any impact.
