OBJECTIVE TIER LIST OF OBJECTIVENESS

Every between S and C tier have been organized. D and E tier are skins I believe are better than default but still aren't great in no particular order (with D tier being slightly better), and F tier are skins I think are worse than default and/or ugly, in no particular order.
