4 tiers fits better with team efficacy spread and current knowledge & meta. Strongly believe Talons are no longer top tier. Scouts hard carry Marines into low tier (DW has no scouts, can't play against shooty horde). ROUGH estimate of scaling per tier. edit: 4 tiers was ruining community layout
