[Finalised after 13th Anniv.] Ranking my ubers based on my midgame experience
With the 13th anniversary over, there has been some slight re-rankings compared to last time, such as Giga-Nyan Rex being dropped from C to F tier, and Staal being risen from A+ to S tier. This ranking is based on my experience and usage in CoTC and mid-SoL.
