Touhou 3 hard mode PvP
Same tier but in hard mode. Heck, Marisa becomes from one of the worst characters to one of the best. That was truly a surprise. And no I will never make a lunatic version. (Though I doubt that something would change from this tier list. Maybe chiyuri more down or something but overall the same).
