One Piece Arcs Ranked

I've read the whole manga, but with the anime through Uta's Past (and Act II of Wano). Also we're using One Pace as much as possible when watching the anime, aside from filler arcs (obviously). So my feelings on the arcs are based on both my manga reading and my anime watching! Updated as we watch!
