Baki\'s Strongest (From what I know)
They are all in order (made inbetween the Baki Rahen Arc) from what I\'ve gathered from the characters I know many of these characters can easily move around minus the top 4 atm but still I would edge to this ranking I have now (from these characters here obviously).
