Tokyo Ghoul Character Ranking

One of Tokyo Ghoul's biggest problems in my eyes is how many characters there are, and how little screen time they get. Most of my D tier is filled with characters not that I disliked, but that didn't leave an impression at all. That said, I think it has some very deep and interesting characters.
