Smartest anime characters
Not really ranked by how smart they are, but more smart they were objectively. In the case of L and light, L knew light was Kira he just knew he didn't have the evidence to prove it and if it were aside from the death note L is way smarter then light. Lelouch did everything he planned correctly.
