My SCA-ji character
My criteria for this are heavily influenced by personality, backdrop, development, and catharsis. I was about to put some Subahibi bullies in F-Tier also, but I felt being a bit stingy and reserved the F-Tier for Satoko and Megu. Those two really deserve it lmao.
