My Hero Academia: Class 1-A character development
It was kind of difficult deciding who should be where, but I tried my best. I was conflicted on a lot of the characters in the B tier (devent development) so I just left them there. I moved some up from B to A tier, just because I feel like their characters had too much of an impact to be there.
