Put Revolver a tier above Lightning since it’s clear he would have won a fair duel. It works out since narratively speaking Bohman and Revolver are Playmaker’s rivals, it works. It’ll be hard to rank Soulburner until he actually duels Revolver or maybe Playmaker at some point.
