Survivor Perks 4.7.0 Tier List Maker

This tier list rates each survivor perk based on overall strength, usefulness, and synergy with other perks in a typical match of Dead by Daylight. I made this for fun and am only sharing my opinion. S tier is the strongest, A tier is very good in most scenarios, B tier is good in some scenarios, C tier contains meme or filler perks, and D tier is bad in most scenarios.
