Mario in the Multiverse Ability Order Tier List Maker
Do NOT sort by ranking, but by what order the abilities should appear in the game. Don't just sort by usefulness, you may want to put "key-like" abilities toward the middle to encourage minor backtracking. You should fill the slots as much as possible. Unfortunately tierlist maker doesn't allow for 15 slots (10 max) so you'll have to put a few abilities on the same row.
