A tier list of mostly Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine. There is some food that did not originate from either region (such as Mapo Tofu and Xiaolongbao) or are Chinese-American, but I tried to include those that would be popular in Cantonese, Hong Kong, and overseas communities. I also didn't include a lot of dim sum items since I feel it deserves its own list.
