This is a tier of characters that are requested by many people who want to see them in Super Smash Flash 2, or Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in general terms of TV/Movie/Anime characters. These characters aren't in the game, nor is this tier list official, these are my choices of certain requests Some of these may be some of my wishes, some are from other people.
